On September 18, 2025, a delegation of 12 people led by Dato' Sri Yap Sho Chuan, Chairman of the GD Group and President-General of the Malaysia Foshan General Chamber of Commerce, visited Foshan Creather Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a member enterprise of the Minjian (China Democratic National Construction Association) in Foshan. The delegation conducted in-depth discussions on the globalization of Foshan's manufacturing industry, product technology innovation, and potential cooperation opportunities. They were accompanied by Liang Yongliu, Vice Chairman of the Foshan Committee of the Minjian, and Zhang Yingqiang, Secretary-General of the Foshan Committee of the Minjian, during the visit.
